Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, we accept most PPO dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental. Most dental insurance plans have an annual maximum benefit. To understand your specific coverage limits, please contact your insurance provider directly

I have existing dental implants, can you use them or save them?

One of our doctors will first need to evaluate each case with a CT scan. Our consultation includes a CT scan, which is provided at no additional cost with the consult

We collaborate with CareCredit, Proceed Finance, LendingClub and several other financing companies to offer flexible payment options.

1. What material are the temporary teeth made of?
Temporary teeth are made from PMMA. They’re typically placed about 24 hours after surgery. ( Right now, we usually skip the PMMA and deliver the zirconia the day after surgery )

2. How long are the temporaries meant to last?
Zirconia teeth are built to last a lifetime and come with a lifetime warranty. PMMA can last anywhere from 6 months to 10 years, depending on your bite, habits, and how well they’re cared for.

3. Are there eating restrictions with temporary teeth?
Yes. No matter which material you have, after surgery you’ll need to stay on a soft-food diet for the first three months.

4. If a temporary tooth cracks or breaks, is repair included?
Yes, repairs are included.

5. Can adjustments be made for comfort, bite, or appearance? How many?
Of course. We’ll make as many adjustments as needed. In some cases, we can even remake the teeth in under 12 hours. Since we have our own in-house lab, changes are quick and easy.

6. Do the temporary teeth affect the final look of the permanent teeth?
Yes. Whether you start with PMMA or zirconia, we use your feedback after surgery to fine-tune the shape, bite, and appearance before finalizing everything.

7. What material are the final permanent teeth made of?
The final teeth are made of zirconia.

  • Full mouth with PMMA starts at $25,000

  • Full mouth with zirconia and a titanium bar starts at $36,000

8. Are the permanent teeth monolithic or layered zirconia?
Zirconia with a titanium bar is the strongest option we offer. Both zirconia options include a lifetime warranty.

9. Is this the highest-quality option available?
Yes. Zirconia with a titanium bar is our top-tier option.

10. Are the permanent teeth made in-house?
Yes, all zirconia and pmma  teeth are milled in-house.

11. How long do the permanent teeth last with proper care?
They’re designed to last a lifetime.

12. What kind of warranty comes with the permanent teeth?
All zirconia teeth come with a lifetime warranty.

Timeline & Process

13. How soon after surgery do I receive my permanent teeth?
Surgery is usually done on a Tuesday, and your zirconia teeth are delivered on Wednesday. If any changes are needed, we use Thursday to make adjustments.
If you prefer, you can start with PMMA right after surgery and switch to zirconia about six months later.

14. Will I need to travel back, and how many visits are required?
Yes. We recommend returning around six months after surgery for a cleaning and realignment.

15. How long does the placement appointment take?
Most cases are completed between 3-6 pm the day after surgery. If adjustments are needed, it may take an additional day (Thursday).

Bite, Comfort & Aesthetics

16. Who designs the bite and smile?
Your bite and smile are designed by the surgeon, prosthodontist, and lab technician working together.

17. Can I request changes to tooth shape, size, or color?
Yes, absolutely.

18. Do you do a final try-in or preview before everything is finalized?
Yes, we can do a try-in or digital preview before locking everything in.

 Long-Term Care (Especially for Out-of-State Patients)

We recommend professional cleanings every six months. During the first year, those cleanings are done with us.

19. What happens if I have an issue after I return home?
We perform around 50 implant surgeries each month. When post-op instructions and maintenance guidelines are followed, issues are very rare.

20. Can a local dentist clean or work on my implants?
Yes. We recommend finding a local dentist who has experience with dental implants. Cleanings usually run between $150 and $300 per visit.

21. Are replacement parts easy to get in the future?
Yes. We use Neodent implants and provide all implant details in case you ever need parts or replacements down the road.

A full-mouth zirconia treatment ranges from $32,000 to $37,000, all-inclusive. The total cost will not exceed $37,000.

22. Is zirconia included in the original price?
Yes, with the zirconia option. With the $25,000 PMMA option, zirconia is not included.

23. Are there any future upgrade fees?
No.

24. What costs are not included that patients should know about?
We provide a $500 credit toward flights and transportation, and we cover the hotel stay. Patients typically book flights from Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Thursday.
